The Beginner’s Course is an in-depth 8 week structured program to introduce new students beginning their Jiu-Jitsu journey. The Beginner’s Course will teach the foundation movements as well as basic concepts and techniques. New students will train with other beginners in small groups in a structured format. This class is designed for Beginners and focuses primarily on technique ensuring that our students can execute the movements properly and safely.
Flexible to your schedule – classes are available during the day, in the evening, and on Saturday. Classes begin every 2 weeks. Pre-registration is required.
